Can I get a quote on the cost for a specific procedure before coming in for a visit?

It is difficult to provide an advance quote because of the wide range of services we offer.  After your initial visit a comprehensive treatment plan will be presented to you.  This plan will include the recommended treatment and the fees, as well as an estimate of the coverage you can expect from your specific insurance company.
